User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually oriented, or racially or ethnically offensive.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or imply your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any server or network connected to the Platform.
• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any material that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right of another.
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users of the Platform without their consent.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Content

• All content uploaded to the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, and videos (collectively, “Content”), is the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded it.
• You grant MBNNI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your Content on the Platform.   
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant MBNNI the license described above and that your Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

 Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content, including but not limited to the design, layout, and logo, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any part of the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MBNNI makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.   

 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MBNNI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if MBNNI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.   

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MBNNI harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Northern Ireland]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Northern Ireland].  

Changes to Terms

MBNNI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.   

Termination

MBNNI may terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Platform or any of its content.
